Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed, we begin processing it immediately. Each order is carefully handled to ensure accuracy and quality. This process typically takes 3 business days, during which we inspect, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. Please note that processing time is in addition to the delivery time.
We work diligently to meet this timeline, but during busy periods such as sales or holidays, order processing might take slightly longer.
Shipping Areas
We currently offer shipping to locations across India. We’re committed to ensuring fast and reliable delivery for all domestic orders, whether you live in a major city or a more remote area.

Domestic Shipping (India): All orders are shipped within India using trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer automatic international shipping. However, if you require your order to be shipped outside of India, we are happy to assist on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply for international orders, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- Once your order has been processed and dispatched (after 3 business days), standard shipping typically delivers within 4-5 business days depending on your location within India.
- This option is ideal for most customers and offers a balance between speed and cost.

Express Shipping:
- For customers who need their orders delivered faster, we offer express shipping. Express orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Important: If you would like to use express shipping, please let us know at the time of placing your order. There is an additional charge for this service, which will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.
Delivery Costs
- Domestic Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. You will be able to view the total cost of shipping before finalizing your order.
- Standard shipping is offered at a competitive rate, and express shipping incurs extra charges due to the expedited nature of the service.
- International Shipping Costs: For customers requesting international shipping, we will provide a personalized quote after you contact our team. Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track your package in real-time as it makes its way to you. Simply click the tracking link provided, or enter the tracking number on our courier partner’s website to stay updated on your order’s journey.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes, please be aware that delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

- National holidays or public events
- Unforeseen logistical issues
In such cases, we will keep you informed via email and provide updated delivery information where possible.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery to PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Missed Deliveries: In the event that you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt a second delivery. If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange a re-delivery or alternative solution.
