At Dury, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Return & Exchange Window

– You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Requests made after the return window may not be accepted.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

– Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
– Have all original tags attached.
– Be returned in its original packaging.
– Be free from stains, damage, perfume, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

– Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective).
– Gift cards (if applicable).
– Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

🔁 Exchange Process

If you received the wrong size, a damaged product, or an incorrect item, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer:

– A refund (where applicable), or
– Store credit.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
– Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Share your order number along with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.
– We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

🚚 Return Shipping

– If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Dury will bear the return shipping cost.
– For all other eligible returns or exchanges, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
